BSc (Building Management)

I've spent the last 30 years delivering Class 2 residential and commercial developments across Sydney, and honestly, I still love it. I've led the construction of thousands of apartments and completed Retail, Aged care, commercial and education projects worth tens of millions of dollars. There's nothing quite like watching a project go from a hole in the ground to a finished building people actually live in.

I started as a Foreman and Contracts Administrator back in the 90s and worked my way through Senior Project Manager, Commercial Manager and Construction Manager roles, with a focus on Class 2 residential for the past 15 years.

I know that real education happens on site. I’ve spent my career solving problems as they come up. People know I'll tell them straight, whether that's good news or bad, and that honesty has carried me through some genuinely complicated projects.

The best part of this job has always been the people. I've built strong relationships with certifiers, authorities, consultants and contractors right across Sydney, and those relationships are what actually get projects over the line when things get tight.

After three decades on the delivery side, I set up Carrowkeel Consultancy to put that experience to work for developers directly. I know what it takes to get a project from Development Approval through to Occupation Certificate and final Building Bond release, because I've done it, project after project, for 30 years.

Carrowkeel represents your interests throughout construction. Not theoretical advice from a textbook, but practical guidance from someone who's been on site, sorted the problems and built the relationships that make delivery actually happen.

Based in Sydney, I work with developers, project managers and consultant teams across New South Wales.
