Who we are

Carrowkeel Construction Consultancy (CCC) provides independent construction advisory services to property developers across New South Wales. Carrowkeel specialises in delivering residential and mixed use developments once Development Approval has been secured, taking projects from Construction Certificate through to Occupation Certificate and final Building Bond release.

Led by Robert Finn, who brings over 30 years' experience delivering apartment developments across Sydney, Carrowkeel works alongside developers, project managers and consultant teams to reduce construction risk, improve buildability and get projects successfully delivered.

My Role

I represent the developer's interests throughout construction, offering practical advice grounded in real project delivery experience, not theoretical recommendations.
