With more than 30 years of hands on project delivery in the Sydney construction sector, I provide independent construction advice for NSW Class 2 developments, with a focus on regulatory compliance, early risk identification, project recovery and maintaining a clear pathway to Occupation Certificate and successful completion.

My background combines direct senior builder-developer experience delivering Class 2 projects under the NSW Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020 with extensive experience delivering commercial projects for established builders under hard-dollar contracts.
